    John Lyden

    President & CEO

    John Lyden is a commercial and documentary cinematographer and associate member of the Canadian Society of Cinematographers, based in New York. His films have been screened at numerous film festivals, and he has written several articles for the Canadian Society of Cinematographers magazine, giving him deep roots in the professional cinematography community. He enjoys working with his eclectic client base, spanning from Fortune 500 companies to small, rural police departments and family businesses.

    Matt Bissett

    Marketing & Recruitment Director

    Matt Bissett brings 12 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a professional background spanning nonprofit, corporate, and private sector work. He specializes in strategic marketing, creative campaign development, and helping organizations think differently about how they connect with their audience.

    In a world where it is increasingly difficult to break through the noise, Matt is passionate about helping organizations uncover and communicate the deeper “why” behind what they do. His approach focuses on building clear, authentic messaging that tells a meaningful story, strengthens connection, and helps organizations reach the people who matter most.

    Robert A. Johnson IV

    Recruitment Consultant

    Retired Massachusetts State Police Officer Robert A. Johnson IV graduated the State Police Academy in 1992 and served proudly for 29 years. As a uniformed Trooper, he served as a Field Training Officer for many of those years. He also served as an elected Union Representative for the State Police Association of Massachusetts for over a decade. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2009 and worked as a Barracks and Field Supervisor. He was promoted to Lieutenant in 2013 and held the positions of Troop Duty Officer and Station Commander. He was promoted to Captain in 2016 and worked as an Executive Officer before being assigned to Headquarters as the Chief of Staff for the Division of Field Services. There he served on the Use of Force Committee and oversaw the daily operations of Field Services. He also served for many years as the Vice President of the Commissioned Officers Association. Captain Johnson received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts in 1989 and graduated with high honors from Anna Maria College in 1996 where he earned a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice.

    Zachary Pearson

    Producer and 3D Animation Director

    Zachary attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Masters in Lighting Design from the Lighting Research Center. Recipient of the IES NYC Merit Scholarship, he also studied in Argentina, Chile, Canada, France, and the Netherlands.
